We publish some openings publicly which are available to everyone but they are limited and not high end jobs that maybe you are seeking due to financial constraints and of course confidentiality of employers.

Secondly, we pay attention to our members based on the model they choose. In some cases one on one consultation meetings and interviews are conducted to help and support them to get the right opportunity at the right time. Our process includes the below steps:

  • Become a member for the SIR program
  • Submit your detailed profile
  • After initial assessment we will conduct an interview to understand you and your objectives in a better way
  • Depending on our agreement within the program you will start receiving the opportunities
    1. General membership program where you receive the job opportunity for members only
    2. We will work ‘one-on-one’ for your job placement and seek organizations to get you the opportunity
    3. Show case your skills for other to see in a right way
  • Based on your interest to apply, we will conduct an initial interview for assessment and if any corrective actions required
  • We help and support you so you can pass the interview and get an offer letter
  • If you get the job, our process ends for the year where we wish you the very best to perform greatly.
  • You fulfill your obligations as per the agreement.
  • If you do not get the job (reasoning applies), we will continue for another job placement based on terms and conditions.
  • The process will repeat till our obligation is completed (in either cases whatever reaches first), the process will be closed.
  • Fill the form to sign up with SIR
  • Make the payment (membership fee) to become SIR member
  • You will receive the initial communication (email or whatsapp) from SIR team to arrange the first initial assessment meeting
  • Assessment meetings (15 – 30 minutes) on Zoom are conducted within 3 – 5 working days to align our Objectives and Targets
  • Make sure to pass on the information about SIR Program to your friends and colleagues so they can also benefit for our services.

Not all the job openings are published publicly due to financial obligations of our internal processes and the seriousness of professionals applying for the job. It has to be a mutual handshake where our process works well for the employers and the employees. We develop processes which are mature, helpful, effective and efficient for all the parties involved. We have high quality processes to ensure that our reputation on stake.
